I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish from Douglass College, with a year studying abroad in Spain where I also played softball for Universitat Valencia and the Spanish National Softball League. After graduation, I taught Spanish at Millstone Middle School for four years, coaching Cross Country, Basketball, and Softball. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for supporting students, which led me to earn a Master's in Social Work from Rutgers. I have worked in schools and the fields of elder care, special and general education, foster care, teen pregnancy, case management, and the non-profit sector. For the past 15 years, I have served as a public school Social Worker, providing counseling and case management. I hold certifications as a School Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NJ. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, supporting them in their activities and exploring new adventures together.
I take a personalized approach to therapy. By utilizing multimodal treatments, I ensure that our work together is meaningful and relevant to your specific situation. I work with children, adults, and families, offering a safe space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered to face life’s challenges.
Together, we’ll explore your strengths and uncover your potential, helping you grow stronger and more resilient. Everyone deserves to feel worthy and capable of achieving success, and I am committed to supporting you on that journey.
